The To.Do.E (“Software”) is provided by ACG International, LLC (the “Company”). By using our Software, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these terms carefully before you start using our Service.

You may not: (i) copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or create derivative works based thereon; (ii) install the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network; (iii) share or permit other individuals/entities to use the Software, rent, lease or transfer the Software or rights to use it; or (iv) delete or modify any attributions, legal notices or other proprietary designations in the Software or part thereof. Any such forbidden use shall result in the Company terminating your right to use the Software, without derogating from any other remedies available to the Company at law or in equity.
Privacy Protection
The Company’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when using our Software. By using our Software you automatically agree to our privacy policies.
Change of Terms of Service
From time to time, the Company may modify existing terms and/or update these Terms with additional Terms that apply to the Software. You should check the Terms regularly to stay abreast of them and you should discontinue your use of our Software if you do not agree with updated/modified Terms.
